It seems to be effective. After 3 weeks use, I'm noticing fuller and firmer erections. Not where I would like to be quite yet, but I'm continuing with it. September 20, Dan R. It took about two weeks for the supplement to really kick in, but once it did, I noticed fuller and more frequent erections, along with some added benefits in the gym including aiding in muscle growth. And with the lack of more questionable substances like yohimbe, there aren't really any side effects to taking the supplement. All-around great product!
